2. Order and Delivery

2.1 Orders are placed through our website, email, or other designated channels. Upon receiving an order, we will provide a confirmation and estimated completion time.

2.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment terms are specified in the order confirmation or invoice. We accept payment through the methods listed on our website.

3.2 For large projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. The balance will be due upon completion before final delivery.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction

4.1 We offer revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges.

4.2 Clients must notify us of any concerns or revision requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the work is deemed accepted.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Clients retain all ownership rights to the original images they provide.

5.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Amank Solutions may use edited images in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials for demonstration purposes.

5.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to edit and use the images they provide to us.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' images and information. We will not share client files or information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Amank Solutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
